Key Responsibilities

• Review and process complex claims related to fertility treatments and associated expenses
• Prepare and submit appeals to insurance payers for claim re-processing
• Maintain accurate records of appeals, claim statuses, and outcomes while resolving payment disputes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in benefits management or insurance focusing on claims and collections
• Understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance claims processing
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for claims management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
