Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process company-wide payroll, including terminations and bonuses
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Assist with HR compliance projects and generate annual compensation reports
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll with a 3rd party vendor
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance required, or 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Namely HRIS and Payroll platforms preferred
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines
