Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process company-wide payroll, including terminations and bonuses
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Assist with HR compliance projects and generate annual compensation reports
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll with a 3rd party vendor
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance required, or 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with Namely HRIS and Payroll platforms preferred
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines
