- Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution and manage local payroll and HR processes
- Stay updated on local regulations and improve payroll processes, while providing expertise on payroll and HR matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
- Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
- Experience with multiple payroll technologies is an advantage
