A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries and develop educational resources
- Lead payroll system implementation and collaborate with stakeholders to design workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll experience, particularly in multi-state payroll administration
- Experience in PEO migration or HRIS/payroll system implementation
- Strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws and payroll best practices
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS, with experience using Rippling preferred
- Experience with benefits administration and HR compliance is a plus
