Payroll Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst - Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to state registration requests, troubleshooting, and maintaining SLAs
• Identify improvements to registration and filing systems and compliance monitoring processes
• Support product feature launches and write user communications or announcements

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with payroll registrations
• 1+ years working in operations or a related function
• Previous experience working directly with customers
• Experience at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn
• Experience working with a BPO is a plus
