Payroll Processor with Prevailing Wage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Processor to manage payroll operations and support the implementation of a new payroll system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for all payroll-related tasks during the implementation of BambooHR
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage time tracking and assist with reporting and compliance setup
• Run test payroll and the first live payroll independently

Required Qualifications:

• Prevailing wage experience is required
• Full-cycle payroll experience, including setup and execution
• Experience with government contracts, prevailing wage, and multi-state payroll
• Familiarity with BambooHR Payroll and ADP is preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in vlookups and pivot tables
