Payroll Reports Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Reports Specialist to assist clients with payroll reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull historical payroll reports from the legacy system (Paycom) for multiple years
• Generate employee-level and tax filing compliance reports as required
• Compile time and attendance data, including punch in/out records

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Paycom reports
• Experience in payroll reporting and compliance
• Ability to work part-time on a project-based consulting opportunity
• Immediate availability for a project lasting 30-35 hours with potential for extension
• Understanding of tax filing requirements and payroll regulations
