Key Responsibilities
- Support a strategic project team for modifications of HIPAA NCPDP Retail Pharmacy Standards and Medicaid Pharmacy Subrogation
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and RAID items while ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with vendors, pharmacies, clients, and internal teams across various impacted operational areas
Required Qualifications
- Strong project management skills with experience in the PBM industry
- IT project management experience is essential
- Knowledge of core claims adjudication processes
- Experience in organizational change management is beneficial
- Comfortable in client-facing project meetings and vendor interactions
