- Manage third-party contractors and maintain positive relationships with client managers and operations teams

- Experience in facilities, project, asset, community, or property management
- Proven ability to manage budgets and implement cost-saving measures
- Familiarity with building systems and CMMS tools
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site inspections and business support
