Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the fraternity and sorority life team and advise council leaders
• Manage chapter recognition, recruitment processes, and coordinate signature programs
• Oversee compliance with regulations and lead crisis response efforts within the FSL community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in student affairs or related fields
