A company is looking for a Temporary Call Center Agent for Medicare Sales Support (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, document, and triage incoming calls from prospective customers to support sales goals
- Conduct outbound service calls from a script in line with departmental initiatives
- Manage and document sales lead information in a CRM system
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in typing, Windows Systems, and MS Office products
- Minimum 6 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic analytical skills to evaluate customer needs
- Knowledge of Medicare or insurance terminology is a plus
