Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform specialized procedures as ordered
• Evaluate patient health status and direct to appropriate care based on urgency
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's Degree from an accredited LPN program
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Completion of required training for specialized procedures as needed
