Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (Outpatient) - Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtains patient history and performs specialized procedures as ordered
• Facilitates communication between providers and patients, and evaluates patient health status
• Maintains patient records, processes prescription requests, and ensures compliance with safety regulations

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's degree from an accredited LPN program
• 1-year clinical nursing experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Completion of required competencies for specific procedures, such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, if applicable
