Key Responsibilities

- Develops a scope of work reflecting client needs and defines project requirements across various systems
- Prepares and reviews contract documents and maintains proper documentation and project management software
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- No substitutions for education or experience will be accepted
- Ability to manage project budgets and funding approvals
- Experience with contract preparation and compliance
