Job Summary

A company is looking for a Catalyst Policy Research Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent scientific research projects from inception to presentation
• Prepare complex documentation of research results, including manuscripts and grant applications
• Train undergraduates and junior lab members while managing laboratory policies and project development

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a behavioral science discipline or related field (e.g., psychology, sociology, public health, epidemiology)
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of policy analysis and implementation
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage complex research projects and documentation
