People Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver data analysis and support for key People initiatives, including performance evaluations and employee surveys
• Create and manage foundational data products to identify patterns and trends in People data
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the People Team, enabling self-service data capabilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data visualization platforms, with Tableau experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience with Excel/Google Sheets
• 2+ years of experience in SQL, Python, or R
• 2+ years in a People Analytics or related reporting role
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse and ETL processes
