Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data continuity by accurately entering and importing data across HR systems and identifying automation opportunities
- Provide reporting and analytic support for Total Rewards & People Operations programs, including performance and compensation reviews
- Assist in job evaluations and salary banding processes to maintain an effective job architecture and compensation framework
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources/People Operations Analyst
- Proven experience as a Workday administrator with a focus on data integrity
- Advanced Excel experience for analytics and data comparison
- Experience in analyzing and reporting HR-related data
- Ability to adapt to multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
