A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to tier 1 inquiries on People processes and services, providing user support for People systems
- Tracks compliance status and conducts follow-ups on company requirements and initiatives
- Maintains knowledge of company policies and supports special projects to enhance team member experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in HR, Business, or Communications
- 1-3 years of related experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
- Strong professional judgment and ability to manage sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of business policy and employment laws
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
