Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support its mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and onboarding
  • Enhance the new hire onboarding experience and manage leave of absence processes
  • Maintain internal People pages and ensure data integrity within the PEO system
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support, human resources, or operations
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
  • Experience with onboarding, benefits, and/or HRIS systems is a plus
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering an excellent employee experience
  • Enthusiasm for healthcare technology and/or the start-up space
