Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital acquisition and retention programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking performance KPIs and lead marketing mix modeling initiatives
- Oversee performance across paid media platforms and drive media budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Define and execute a testing roadmap across acquisition and lifecycle channels while monitoring campaign performance
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience in a performance marketing or growth analytics role within a DTC or eCommerce environment
- Deep understanding of marketing KPIs including CAC, LTV, and AOV
- Experience in incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, and attribution methodology development
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and data visualization tools
- Proficiency with Shopify and retention platforms
