Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book appointments for the Performance team through calls and emails monthly
- Strategize with Performance leaders to design, target, and implement a plan of action
- Generate 50+ calls and emails daily to schedule Performance and/or Training sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Business Development Center Rep (BDC) in an Automotive Dealership
- Adaptable, personable, and persistent
- Enjoys working with a team and collaborating on success
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Identifies with core behaviors: empathetic, gritty, curious, and humble
