Performance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book appointments for the Performance team through calls and emails monthly
• Strategize with Performance leaders to design, target, and implement a plan of action
• Generate 50+ calls and emails daily to schedule Performance and/or Training sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Business Development Center Rep (BDC) in an Automotive Dealership
• Adaptable, personable, and persistent
• Enjoys working with a team and collaborating on success
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
