Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Expertise in drafting complex legal documents related to personal injury cases
• Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law across various states
• Experience with first and third-party bad faith claims against insurers
• Strong legal research skills and knowledge of statutory and common law changes
