Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Help Desk Support (PBM).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Document calls and educate clients on plan policies and procedures
- Resolve client drug benefit concerns and initiate prior authorization requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service/member service experience in a call center or similar required
- Health care industry experience is a plus
- CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
- Experience in a pharmacy support role and knowledge of Medicare guidelines are a plus
