Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Help Desk Support (PBM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Document calls and educate clients on plan policies and procedures
  • Resolve client drug benefit concerns and initiate prior authorization requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1 year of customer service/member service experience in a call center or similar required
  • Health care industry experience is a plus
  • CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
  • Experience in a pharmacy support role and knowledge of Medicare guidelines are a plus
