Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in utilization management and member/provider support
• Develop and oversee drug policy criteria to ensure cost-effective access to medications
• Collaborate with regional teams to align pharmacy utilization strategies with provider relationships and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent advanced degree in pharmacy
• 4-6 years of experience in pharmacy utilization management or health plan strategy roles
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B and D regulations and pharmacy benefit design
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using data for operational improvements
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in managing large datasets
