Piping Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Piping Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC, mechanical, and piping/plumbing construction projects
• Analyze orthographic drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather all necessary data for accurate estimation

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a HVAC Estimator, Commercial Construction Estimator, or a similar role in the construction industry
• Proven experience in HVAC, mechanical, and/or piping/plumbing construction
• Proficiency in using estimation software such as Onscreen Take-Off, Trimble Business Center, or equivalent
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to calculate quantities and costs accurately
