Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Advisor Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and financial accounts
- Research and resolve complex issues across multiple databases, ensuring timely follow-up with members
- Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling with care providers
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
- Ability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
- Flexibility to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
