A company is looking for a Policy Assistant to support its illegal fishing and transparency campaign in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with communication, research, policy, and logistical tasks related to illegal fishing
- Prepare research outputs and support direct advocacy efforts with EU decision makers
- Help prepare communication materials and organize events with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marine or environmental science, law, political science, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in legal, policy, or communications roles
- Knowledge of European Union decision-making, particularly in environmental or marine policies
- Genuine interest in ocean conservation
- Eligibility to work in Brussels
