Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Portfolio to support social entrepreneurs through capacity building and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage knowledge systems and create resources for internal learning and improvement
• Co-develop and implement training sessions and support for grantee partners
• Lead project management and operational support across multiple work streams

Required Qualifications

• Commitment to social change and experience in nonprofits or related fields
• Experience in designing and facilitating learning conversations
• Advanced project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills for assessing situations and developing insights
• Relevant professional experience or advanced degree preferred
