- 7+ years of expertise in Agile Portfolio, Program, or Product Management
- Recognized authority in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) with experience in governance and metrics design
- Experience managing organizational change in dynamic environments
- Preferred certifications include Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, and SAFe LPM
