Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Closing TRID Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform post closing loan level compliance analysis to ensure disclosures meet guidelines
• Complete accurate and compliant Post Consummation Closing Disclosures (PCCD's) within required timelines
• Monitor and prioritize workload based on funded date adhering to RESPA cure timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mortgage closing and/or post-closing position
• Thorough understanding of TRID guidelines, loan estimates, and closing disclosures
• Experience with Mavent or ComplianceEase, and Encompass LOS preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
