A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of Third Party Owned (TPO) systems
- Execute transfer and buyout tasks with relevant stakeholders and manage customer requests
- Coordinate across the organization and third-party vendors for servicing priorities and project management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software
- Previous experience in solar finance or contract transfers
