Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Award Administrator to guide project teams through the post-award management phase of sponsored projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide principal investigators and project directors on expense allowability and allocability
  • Prepare and submit documents related to post-award amendment requests and monitor awarded projects for compliance
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and sponsor officials while developing post-award educational materials


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; business or writing concentration highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required
  • Understanding of federal regulations and guidelines related to sponsored projects
  • Experience with post-award management processes and documentation
  • Knowledge of institutional policies and sponsor guidelines
