Post-Doctoral Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post-Doctoral Associate to support research on worker organizations addressing inequities in the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative research, including interviews with labor leaders and activists
• Participate in relevant meetings and events, and perform media and website scans
• Contribute to literature reviews and reports, and assist in developing the project's Theory of Change model

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in labor relations, human resources, public policy, sociology, or a related field
• Familiarity with working with worker organizations
• Training in qualitative research methods and experience with interviews
• Expertise in analyzing race, gender, and identity in the workplace
• Experience in advocacy, community organizing, or public service, particularly with marginalized communities
