Postgres Tools Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Postgres Tools Manager to lead a team in building and maintaining Postgres tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the rollout and development of the pg_replicate CDC/data platform product
• Define and drive the direction for connection pooling solutions
• Oversee maintenance and strategy for foreign data wrappers and key extensions

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience with Postgres, including extensions and performance
• Experience leading technical teams with goal setting and delivery
• Familiarity with connection pooling and data integration solutions
• Knowledge of analytics work related to foreign data wrappers
• Experience in managing and supporting engineering teams
