Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for prospects and customers during the sales journey
- Architect demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and end-to-end solutions tailored to customer business goals
- Work cross-functionally to drive technical investments that scale go-to-market teams and support customer implementation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company
- Experience in the identity or cybersecurity industry is a plus
- Demonstrated success managing the pre-sales process for enterprise customers
- Fluency in APIs and comfortability with Python or similar languages
- Desire to work in a high-growth, start-up environment
