Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage referral requests for homecare, DME/supplies, and pharmacy/infusion services
• Verify benefits coverage and eligibility, ensuring compliance with Health Plan contracts
• Provide education on referral management to members and providers, maintaining detailed documentation of interactions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare, DME, or medical industry
• Less than 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance
• Passion for improving consumer experiences in a healthcare setting
• Associate's degree or 2 years of healthcare/care coordinator experience preferred
