Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arc Pre-Billing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely, accurate, and detailed charge calculations for SaaS Product Services and related Professional services
• Assemble itemized calculations and supporting documentation for billing and bookkeeping purposes
• Coordinate the distribution of supporting data for validation with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 1+ years of applicable work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and macros
• High-level functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office applications and Adobe
• Flexibility in schedule for potential overtime during peak billing cycles
• Ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position
