Principal AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to join their AI group and develop generative-AI solutions for legal and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of AI to implement and integrate AI tools and services
• Lead the design and deployment of end-to-end AI systems and automate legal workflows
• Own MLOps processes including model evaluation, monitoring, and A/B testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in ML/AI systems
• Expertise in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on cloud proficiency with AWS or GCP and experience with container orchestration
• Experience designing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
