Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Agent Engineer - Distributed Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver AI-powered agents integrated into HR and Financial workflows
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools and frameworks for scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with teams and external vendors to innovate AI-based automation solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product engineering for highly available cloud products
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation
• 2+ years of experience with LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI architectures, API integration, and large-scale automation
