Principal AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the development of next-generation AI products in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI products, from conception to launch and scaling
• Build, fine-tune, and customize large language models for real-time applications
• Create scalable AI infrastructure, including vector databases and RAG pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Experience in shipping high-impact AI products in a hands-on capacity
• Proficiency in fine-tuning and deploying large language models in production environments
• Fluency in modern AI stacks, including semantic search and MLOps
• Ability to anticipate trends and innovate new approaches in AI
• Experience in startup environments or world-class engineering organizations is a plus
