Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Five years of experience in software development, particularly with call center technologies
• Experience with Java, Javascript, JSON, HTML, XML, and VXML
• Proven track record in consulting and providing technical solutions to customers
• Experience in implementing call center solutions across various sectors including healthcare and government
