Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore, select, and benchmark open source and proprietary models
• Implement RAG and other LLM-based search experiences
• Design evaluation protocols for semantic search and LLM-based search experiences

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience applying NLP to production use cases
• 8+ years of professional software development experience in Python
• Experience in Generative AI and information retrieval
• Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch and transformers
• Experience using collaborative notebook-based workflows for prototyping
