Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer to join their Product Selection & Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions to drive customer outcomes and support software engineering strategy
• Lead software development efforts, creating impactful components and frameworks
• Collaborate across teams and provide technical leadership to solve complex problems and establish engineering standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in an engineering role
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing technology teams
• Proven ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
• Active participation and leadership in the broader technology community
