Principal Epidemiologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Pharmaceutical Epidemiologist, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide epidemiology leadership for real-world studies and manage multiple pharmacoepidemiology studies
• Support regulatory submission activities and author relevant epidemiology sections for various reports
• Independently design and implement complex epidemiology methods in real-world studies

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, public health, or a relevant scientific field with 7 years of experience preferred
• Master's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered
• Sound methodological training in epidemiology or related areas relevant to observational health research
• Ability to design and conduct observational studies of comparative effectiveness and safety
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAS, R, or other programming languages
