Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of the Keystone Subscription Engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for catalog management and subscription onboarding
• Develop and maintain a structured service catalog with clear capabilities and options
• Design and implement efficient onboarding processes for new subscriptions to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of product management experience focused on subscription-based services
• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of the Storage as a Service (STaaS) market
• Experience with AI-driven customer experience solutions is a plus
