Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering complex SaaS products
• Experience with partner-facing platforms in B2B SaaS or HCM technology
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Understanding of security, compliance, and privacy standards in regulated industries
