Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic vision for the Intelligent Mission Environment in collaboration with co-founders, customers, and internal teams
• Develop domain expertise in areas such as DoD, mission operations, and cybersecurity, while training internal staff on these domains
• Lead engineering teams to rapidly implement and iterate on software systems while ensuring security and compliance

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles in defense or intelligence sectors
• Proven domain expertise in DoD, cybersecurity, and national security workflows
• Ability to foresee market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies
• Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative mindset for guiding cross-functional teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
