Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to oversee product development and delivery for digital services aimed at Veterans.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of work
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with quarterly goals and detailed sprints
• Guide the team in planning and prioritization to ensure focus on impactful work

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a product role on cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting federal government contracts, preferably with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and complex workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams
• Experience managing and delivering work with GitHub Projects
