Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building customer-facing applications
• 10+ years of experience with Rails/Ruby
• 6+ years of experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and NextJS
• 5+ years of experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
