Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Development Engineer to lead their financial data platform development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a hybrid team to build data pipelines and develop low code interfaces using Outsystems
• Design technical solutions and oversee the development team through code reviews
• Manage incidents related to the team's platform and contribute to the low code strategy

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer
• 4+ years of experience leading development teams
• 2+ years of experience with Low Code systems and AI tooling
• Deep knowledge of SQL and strong experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake
